We offer something quite special, a gift specifically designed for you with your requirements in mind. We source and offer unique products that others are not. We take pride in offering a LOT of our time, planning, and effort into creating each and every gift hamper to ensure it meets your expectations and of course it must guarantee to WOW the recipient each and every time! We also deliver 7 days a week (except Public Holidays), and YOU choose when you want your gift hamper delivered (Sydney Metro only*). We strive to provide a convenient gifting service to everyone. Your happiness is the very reason we are here!

All hampers site-wide are free! We do however offer Express Post option for OUT OF SYDNEY METRO – Australia wide for a $15.00 fixed rate.

Yes, for all orders outside the Sydney Metro zone, we use Express Shipping via Australia Post if the customer requests this at check-out. It does come at an extra cost of $15.00. Estimated delivery time from dispatch is between 1-3 business days. We do not take any responsibility for late deliveries made by Australia Post.

Unfortunately, not at this time due to the nature of our hampers. They require a large amount of time to create, and we do not pre-make and store any hampers here. All our hampers are made fresh to order for all of our wonderful customers. If under special circumstances, we are notified in the early hours of the day and have all stock available we can offer this service but only to Sydney Metro addresses only. We do not want anyone to miss out on receiving a PARC Co. HAMPER for their special occasion so we can proudly say that we are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. If we are not available, we will always endeavour to return your call or email at the earliest opportunity. The satisfaction of our customers is most important to us!

If ordering to deliver Sydney Metro area rest assured it will be delivered at the approximate time confirmed when the order was placed. Please give a 2-hour window around the time you selected for the gift hamper to be delivered. Rest assured you will be kept up to date with the movements of your gift hamper via text until it has reached its destination safely.

Delivering Australia wide is at the total discretion of Australia Post and delivery times may vary. We use Standard Parcel Post which usually takes up to 7 business days to be delivered but during busy periods can take longer. If you select Express Post as your preferred shipping method, please allow between 1-3 business days after placing your order to be delivered. During busy periods this time frame can take longer. We urge you to place your order early especially during the busy Christmas season to avoid delay. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes of course we can! We do ask that you give as much notice as possible, as we require at least 7 business days to complete the customised ribbon/logo. If you need it sooner, please contact us. This item comes at an extra cost*

Yes! We are customising specialists and can customise or re-create any hamper in our range to suit your needs. No rules here. We can create a special theme, colour, brand. It is up to you! Please contact us with your requirements at info@parccohampers.com.au

Yes, we offer a fantastic Corporate range to suit every budget. If you like a gift hamper that is not in our Corporate range you can contact us and we can re-create your hamper to your taste.

The order can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the delivery time that was confirmed when placing your order. If it is within the 24-hour period prior to delivery a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged. If it is outside the 24-hour period prior to delivery then a full refund will be processed via the payment method used when placing the order.

We do hope this is never, ever the case with any of our PARC customers but on the rare occasion that it can happen we ask that you please contact us via call, text, or email immediately to report the damaged gift hamper content/s. We ask that you take pictures of the damaged item/s and send it to us so we can investigate with Australia Post. After approval we can re-send the same gift hamper, provide you with store credit or process a full refund.

Easy! Just fill in the ‘Multiple Addresses Form‘ and submit it during checkout & we’ll take care of the rest. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to reach out.

Not a problem, just get in touch and let us know your needs. We have a wide range of non-alcoholic options to suit all tastes. Or we can completely remove the alcohol and replace it with a food item instead to the same value or higher.

ALWAYS at the base. Never by the neck. These gift hampers carry their weight in the tray so please be extra careful when carrying and always use two hands especially for the larger range.

Unfortunately, no and that is due to the hamper contents that are strategically fixed into place to ensure the recipient receives it with every product perfectly in its place. We cannot guarantee this by sending it when in transit by Australia Post. We do however use eco-friendly, high quality hamper trays with flat wrapped cello that will ensure the same WOW factor is given to the recipient as our traditional packaging. We will flat pack the contents and of course it will be decorated with the same number of decorations and bows used with our traditionally dressed hampers that is guaranteed to WOW the recipient! They look just as stunning, trust us!

Yes, you will at every step of the way and BY US PERSONALLY! You will be sent notifications via text right up until your recipient has received their gift. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you had any questions or concerns during the process.

If you aren’t planning to eat it on the day of receiving it, place it as is (unopened) in the coldest part of your fridge – ie. Cool drawer, food crisper. This will keep the cheese fresh for a few weeks. When ready to eat remove the cheese from the fridge approx. one hour before as cheese is best consumed at room temperature. Any leftovers should be wrapped in wax paper (or the packaging it came in if no wax paper is available) and consume within 7 days for soft cheeses and up to a few weeks for hard cheeses.

Yes absolutely! The ‘white coating’ means the chocolate had bloomed most likely during transit caused by varying temperature/humidity. It is a process called ‘fat bloom’ which is formed by changes in the fat or ‘sugar bloom’ where crystals form from moisture on the surface of the chocolate. Nothing to worry about it is still entirely safe to eat & will taste exactly the same. The only difference is its visual appearance. If chocolate bloom bothers you, please get in touch and we will happily send a replacement of the chocolate product/s to you.

Whilst every effort is made to replicate the exact gift hamper that is advertised on the website, we would like to advise that the colours and decorations used may vary from time to time from the actual photo dependent on what is in stock at the time of production and from the supplier. We guarantee that the materials used in place of that on the website image will be of the same value or higher, always. If you have a specific requirement, please do not hesitate to let us know.
