Please note we only accept cancellations and issue store credit or refund only in accordance with the below requirements;

-The purchaser cancels their order outside of the 24-hour period when their order is due to be delivered. The order can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the delivery time that was confirmed when placing your order. If it is within the 24-hour period prior to delivery a 50% re-stocking fee will be charged. If it is outside the 24-hour period prior to delivery then a full refund will be processed via the payment method used when the order was placed.

-The gift hamper was delivered in an unsatisfactory condition by Australia Post (i.e., product breakage, content/s, box damage).

A store credit or refund will only be approved once the below conditions have been met;

-We were called or emailed immediately upon receiving the damaged order.

-Photos were sent to us showing the damaged item/s immediately upon receiving the damaged order.

Please ensure you make contact with us immediately if any of the contents in the gift hamper are broken/damaged so we can assess the situation.

How long will it take for my refund to appear in my bank account?

If your refund has been approved by us then we will process that on the same day and it can take up to approximately 1-5 business days to reach your account depending on your financial institution.
